Nancy Makin (Community Herbalist) and Lance Dale (Pharmacist) started trading in Lewes in 2004. Nancy offers free over-the-counter advice Monday to Wednesday. Lance makes plant-based remedies.
Opening hours are 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Saturday.
All medicine and most creams are Vegan. A large proportion of shelf-space is stocked with vegan foods, laundry products, toiletries and cosmetics. GP referrals and herbal prescriptions are taken.

Directions
Mount Pleasant is slightly off the beaten track. Turn off from the main High Street, past the Castle and under the Barbican to the top of the hill, and then down steep Castle Banks. It is half-way between the Elephant and Castle and the old Town Police Station, over the zebra crossing.
